Just a suggestion: let us know at scheduling that specimen should be collected within 6 hours of deficating. This was our first visit. It was a great experience. It was very organized! My golden boys, who can be skittish, came out of their very first appointment so relaxed and happy. I knew they had been treated with love. The attention the doctor gave us following the exams - in the pouring rain, I might add - was extraordinary. THEN - they followed up the next day to see how the boys were doing! I m beyond pleased that we ve chosen this veterinary hospital for the care of my kids.

Being Simba’s first time, I was really disappointed I could go with him into the visit. I was surprised the policy is no one back. I think if visitors and staff wear masks there shouldn’t be any issue. Especially when your dealing with pets. Most hospitals are now allowing visitors but not vet clinic?
