China virus restrictions have reduced the human interaction I feel is important in a medical relationship and hope being able to enter the building and live without masks return soon. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful completed what I asked. Have not received a reply to an email sent to Dr Baker several days ago which her reply would be helpful in being able to proceed with some decisions needed for Rosie

Very friendly staff. You can tell that they really care for your pet. The doctor was very caring and very thorough with explanations too.

I’m always very appreciative of how much everyone sincerely cares about my pets. My recent visit was efficient and thoughtful from the technician that came out to get my cat to Dr. Crowder calling me about her findings. The follow up calls are always appreciated also. Thank you!

Every part of our visit was pleasant and the Dr seemed to make the necessary treatments which were appropriate for my dog Misha.

The office seems to be very busy and the Pandemic procedure does slow the operation down, but may be needed.

You emailed me 2 days later about a fecal o/p gardiia. Thinking we should’ve coordinated that with our scheduled appointment. Guess I need to call you. I was a little worried about communications. We moved and had been with another vet for over 30 years. I was hesitant but once we had the 1st visit with Dr Crowtner and the staff, we were sure we made the correct decision. They went beyond answering questions and making sure we were feeling good about Zeus and the surgery. Thank you, to all!
