I know there is a pandemic, but I hated not being there with the cat. Hated having to have her sedated BECAUSE we were not there with her. Phone conversation was clear, but would have appreciated a summary of diagnosis in writing as well as recommended future treatments.

Very pleased how the intake was handled. Staff is extremely friendly and answered all my questions without rushing me. Customer service is extremely important and Dr. Webb exceeded all my expectations. So happy i have found a reasonably priced and caring Vet. Thank you Dr. Webb and staff. My little old guy bounced right back the next day minus 6 missing teeth.

I am still worried about her teeth. The broken one and the one that got twisted outside her mouth during a particularly brutal cat fight. She refuses to eat hard food. I have to give her soft food before she eats.

Curbside service is awful. Need to allow people back in the office before I come back. Trying to understand all this through the phone and relate to people with curbside is impossible.

Best veterinarian I’ve been to since I’ve moved to Texas. Everyone is so sweet, and honest. You all treated our fur-babies like your own. My yorkie came home in a much better state than at his previous vet visits. So glad I came across y’all. Found a place I can trust with my pups. Never going any place else again. I did not see the facilities, I had to wait in car. I asked when I made appointment, when I checked in & when the Dr called me to have vaccinations done. They weren’t done, very disappointing.
