Last night started to show some coughing. Sound like choke...very tired. No good appetite..body still warm... I am so wishing I can be with my pet while doctor exam her.

After draining a dogs anal glands, give them a few minutes to totally drain before discharging to owner in car. As soon as my dog was handed to me, he drained on me and the car seats

I’ve been going to Pet Doctor for 4 years. Dr Webb is our vet. He’s a great guy, compassionate and very attentive. When I have a question, he personally calls me back and is generous with his time.

Dr Webb and staff are always professional and friendly. The only thing with the drop off was too long. 3 hr for a 10 minute exam seem a little bit in excess

Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful.

I did curbside check in and did not see the inside of the facility. The doctor and all staff were very friendly.

My only observation is that I have no idea what my dog was checked for. I couldn’t go inside and never talked to the dr. Therefore, I have no idea what she was checked for or not. We got her 2 days before taking her to the vet, so I wanted a detailed description of her health to know what I am getting into.

My initial phone conversation to booked my appointment for my two pets was professional and efficient. For that reason, I am transferring all four of my pets to this clinic.

Hard to answer if clean when you don,t go in. If I don,t see the exam it s hard to tell.

My little buddy Zeke had a serious problem. A blockage in his intestine. Lots of pieces of plastic in his stomach and digestive system. Emergency surgery required and two weeks of on and off complications that were the result of what Zeke did, not from the surgery or aftercare. With that said, it was a rocky and stressful period from the day we carried him to Pet Doctor until he fully recovered. I must comment regarding the excellent care and support Zeke and my family received from Doctor Webb and certainly from Alex. You would have thought Zeke was Alex pet. She was so important to me and showed great compassion and expertise such that a very challenging sequence of events were managed in a way that I never lost sight of Zeke getting the best care and the proper care from a medical staff and a person who loved Zeke like we do. I am so thankful. Zeke is doing great now and we are moving forward again. We were stuck in time for two weeks and Alex and Dr. Webb and the always wonderful staff of Pet Doctor in Rockwall helped us get through it. Thank you for that. I feel blessed.

My pet Sonya had to have a major orthopedic surgery here recently. I am an employee of this clinic but it really helps to know that we re going to get the best quality care that a vets office can provide with a loving and gentle staff who s always there to meet the needs of my pet and an amazing veterinarian who always gives his best. Everyone took care of Finnegan and he recovered very quickly and is so happy! He has not started he two walks a day again but is going in the back yard and will take a trip to the dog park today. Sunday
