I have been twice with my poodle Cozy- I have been so very very impressed with the kindness and compassion of the team. We learned to much from Dr Sheila- we will be bring all of our pets to Mariposa from now on! We are grateful!

The individual who initially checked me in over the phone didn’t communicate that we were there and we had to wait about 25 minutes before I called again and Star handled check in promptly. When we came to do pick up, they seemed confused about the pickup - we were picking up both patient from appointment and prescription. She asked if we had confirmation surgery had been completed when we hadn’t had surgery... this is now the second encounter I’ve had with (Lucy) where there’s been complications/confusion about whatever process is occurring. Just a little frustrating when we’re providing CC info over phone and handing our kiddo off without being able to verify their well being.... everything else was great and Dr. Carrier was fabulous! :) Thanks to Star for handling everything promptly after our wait!

Made appointments for 2 dogs that have to be seen on Saturday so knew it would a wait called the first week of March and set appt. for the middle and end of April. Day before appt was canceled because of Covid. Called and set 2 more appts in another 6 weeks of waiting. Was called again this time no Sat.appt. Called another vet and they never stopped seeing pets for any reason. Never again will I call you 2 dogs and 3 and half months later and still have not been seen.

Dr. Burcham was very knowledgeable and friendly when we brought our bearded dragon in. She even placed a followup call to see how he was doing. I will definitely recommend this vet to others! Thank you!!!

This is a different time and situation right now, but the staff is very helpful at keeping all safe-I brought an update list for my dog’s check up about her health and that saved time for the Dr. call from Dr after was helpful for how dogs health was doing. Curbside worked well.

Everyone at Mariposa is so kind and helpful besides one individual-and I believe her name is Star. Every time I have an interaction with her, she is always either just rude or extremely rude. This has happened so consistently, that it is ruining my entire experience with Mariposa to the point that I am considering changing veterinarians. It’s is amazing how one person can ruin it for everyone else....

All was great as usual. I appreciate that you are following best practices. Truth be told waiting in the car and phoning in my CC was a nice convenience. My dog loves the staff and was eager to go in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate your commitment to service for our family..

Dr. Reynolds is incredible and really gifted at what she does. It s like she is in her sweet spot. She is reasonable, calm and knowledgable. Best of all, She truly loves my pets and that just makes my heart happy.

Didn t actually see the facilities today since they came to pick up my dog curbside, but they re generally always top notch and I expect they re especially clean now to keep everyone safe.
