I originally called because I had been referred by my Chiropractor to see Dr. Carrier. My dog Stuart had a cough for 6 weeks. It was May 1st before I could see him or anyone else. That was 2 weeks! I called the next day to see if I could get on a cancelation list. Whoever I spoke with said if I sent in my vet records, who could be seen the next day at 4:00 with Dr. Rummels. I was so grateful and had a great visit the next day. I had been so worried about Stuart. Thank you

The staff at Mariposa are amazing, kind, caring and professional. Our vet took the time to answer the questions I sent along with my husband since I couldn t be at the appointmsnt, and then sent me a seperate email after seeing our aging dog. She reassured me and let me know I could reach out if I had any followup questions or concerns at all. We were offered a LIST of different treatment options to consider, rather than just one. Mariposa has been nothing short of amazing for us. Thank you so much.

Great nurses and doctors

When I arrived to pick up my pet, I waited in the parking lot for an hour before she was brought out. An hour wait seems very extreme.

Being made aware of the cost of services beforehand would be appreciated. Other than that everything was great.

I only gave a 4 on items #4 and 5 because the service/appointment was curbside therefore, I wasn t actually able to meet with or speak to the provider directly. I was however, promptly emailed by Dr. Runnels the next morning with results of my kitten s fecal exam. I was very pleased with this prompt communication.

My corgi was very sick when I came in. Dr. Carrier was exactly the kind of vet I was looking for. Your staff (particularly Lucy) was kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We waited in the car for Dr. Carrier to exam my girl. Watching all of your staff pick up pets from owners or deliver pets to owners was quite entertaining. All the staff had smiles on their faces and the interaction with pet owners appeared to be very positive. Everyone went out of their way to make this situation (Coronavirus) a very good one for the pet and the owner. Thank you for being a veterinary office that really cares for pets. It’s seems it’s not just a job, but all of you enjoy what you do!

With everything crazy right now with covid, they did a great job getting my dog in for his shot. Simple and easy pulling up and having you all come out to us.
