Great experience!

Everything was very easy, from drop-off to paying over the phone. I appreciate you guys fitting Hank in for his Bordetella vaccine before he was overdue. Everyone is so sweet to Hank, so I know even when I can t go inside with him that he is in excellent hands.

I would have liked to know in advance that it might be possible to enter the office. Because it was last minute notice, Iwas not prepared. There was a note on Frizbee’s receipt that was not mentioned to me regarding adding ACV to her water daily. I will call the office to get clarification.

Had a wonderful experience! First time bird mom & the staff was very helpful. They provided insight and some tips to help with my bird.

Dr Dodson has the best chair-side manner! Explains well, educates, answers all ?’s thoroughly AND she seems to really enjoys a veterinarian. And does it flawlessly during these crazy covid times. And the desk crew were wonderfully and nice. Helped me with food selection. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly and that is appreciated. I didnt like the curb-side pickup and not getting to come in with my dogs as I typically like to ask some questions and get feedback from the vet.

Everyone was amazing and getting in and out went like clockwork ! Just ate scheduled out quite far for yearly checks which is understandable with COVID

Dr. Erin Runnells is excellent in so many ways ... Courteous, knowledgeable,and outstanding bedside manner- so to speak. Her Chinese medicine-Homeopathy knowledge is really appreciated. Glad to have her for my animals doctor!!! Appreciate the friendly and kind staff- especially Lucy, again lovely way on the phone and very helpful if leaving an important message. Thanks Again...

4-stars are COVID related delays which are understandable. Biggest issue was I waited in parking lot about 20 min past my appt time. Wasn t a big deal for me but perhaps an indicator that more time is needed between clients as the parking lot was FULL (I had to park in handicap spot and felt bad).

Thanks so much for caring for my daughter’s hedgie! You scooped her right up and spoke to her softly to keep her calm. Thanks for all you do!

I saw Dr. Burcham with my pet pigeon and she was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in her wellbeing.

Thank you for always taking such great care of our pets. Even when we aren t able to physically be in their appointments due to COVID, we are still assured the best care by everyone at Mariposa. We are really grateful for both the techs and doctors there! :)

We typically use the Comfort Room, which is quite cluttered. Removing the overly large plants would be a great start. It would also benefit from having an easy-to-clean mat in lieu of the indoor-outdoor rug that’s in there now.

You are worth every penny of the cost, however since I m only receiving social sec of $1600 per month, it is very expensive for me.I will call Doc Runnels to see if any of it could be done elsewhere. Please understand I mean no disrespect.Taco will need even more attention in the future. Thank you
