My dog Lollie received an allergy shot & was sick a couple of days later, vomiting and diarrhea. Please don t tell people there are no side effects when clearly there is. The itching stopped ,but wasn t worth it.

My cat was scared half to death when some dogs came into the center and were not being handled by their owner. One of them wandered over to where we were standing and started sniffing my cat s carrier which scared him so much that the carrier toppled over. I d appreciate if all animals were kept near their owners while on leashes as it makes me hesitant to come next time and have my cat experience the same thing over again.

Everyone is always so friendly, caring and helpful with our beloved pets. I only wish we had found Dr. Dodson many years ago.

I loved the little story about Myles’ day when he got his teeth cleaned. It was so cute and made me giggle. I was nervous for him to go under but everything you guys did made me more comfortable! Thank you! Thank you for also call us to follow up on him as well.

Place is great. But it was my first visit, and I told them over the phone my pup had red eyes and had some stuff seeping from his eyes. When they saw him, they said to just give Benadryl, that it was just allergies. Later that evening the seeping worsened and the next day, his eyes started to crust over. The next night, one eye had crusted shut. They got me in the 3rd day and then prescribed some drops and antibiotics. I feel this should have taken place on the first visit. I feel like it was just a money grab, to recoup the waived office visit from the first visit. They waived it since my pup is a rescue pup. But overall, they did a great job and the staff is awesome and my buddy was starting to clear up the same day.

I love love love Mariposa!!! The staff and doctors love my pets just as much as I do and I know my fur babies are in the best hands!!

Overall, one of the easiest and most informative experiences I ve EVER had at a vet clinic!

Dr. Runnels and the staff were so nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Most importantly, Dr. runnels was extremely great with answering all my questions and relieving my anxiety. I won’t go anywhere else.

Always great to see the staff and Dr. Burcham. They are great with my dog Olly.

One of the biggest reasons I go to Mariposa is because they make me feel like Salvi is their most important patient! I never feel rushed and when a phone call is necessary, they take their time to answer all of my questions! Love Dr Lu!

1 STAR on “Was it easy to get in to be seen”, due to how far out appointments are getting to be to schedule. Used to be could get an appointment within same week of calling; but now it is typically at least 2 weeks out. I can truly appreciate Mariposa’s success and more patients; but is there anything that can be done to make it easier to get appointments scheduled sooner? Thanks for your survey!! You all are SUPER!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed by vet and her staff. However no prices were explained and no procedures were explained leaving me with $110 bill for services not yet rendered. When I checked out the lady said absolutely nothing to me except swipe your card now. That was frustrating but overall my experience was good

J C Burcham dvm is excellent! She is so good with my parrot. Knows a lot about birds. Their not easy pets. Thankyou so much for always a good visit and care.

Office hours would be more convenient if the clinic was open until 6 or longer Saturday hours.

We drive two hours from where we live to have our dogs seen by Mariposa. Dr.Dobson and Dr. Runnels are wonderful, we couldn t ask for better. All of the support staff are amazing and so kind as well.

It s a beautiful office. Everyone is very friendly and attentive to our animals. It would be nice to have Saturday morning hours.
