I had a great experience overall. The staff was very caring to my rabbit and I could really tell that he was in great hands. Everything was simple, explained very well and I was able to relax and not fear my rabbits surgery. I want to thank the doctors for being so generous and caring about the overall wellbeing of my animal and doing such a great job.

Dr. Lu and staff were all great! Thank you for a stellar visit! Just to give you all an update, little Dom is all groomed now and looks and feels awesome!

We love coming to Mariposa as we know the vets and staff will doing everything possible to care for our babies.

It would be helpful if there was someone to see emergencies for at least a half day on Saturday.

Would appreciate occasional weekend appointments to see a doctor on a Saturday or laser treatment on a Saturday rather than just having weekday appointments. Even an occasional late night appointment, once or twice month would be nice.

I bring my pit bull mix to Mariposa for help with controlling his allergy reactions without using steroids. Both Dr. Dodson and Dr. Runnels have been exceptional in listening to my concerns and offering suggestions and treatment.

Dr. Runnels is the best. This visit I was able to schedule Benson and get his situations handled. In the past, during some urgent and emergency situations, I have had a difficult time getting in to see anyone and had to seek other vets. I don t want to have to do that. I like Runnels and she has known my pets so I don t want to be forced to go elsewhere when that pet is in trouble. This visit went smoothly, but it wasn t urgent and we had time to get in.

Keep doing what you re doing! I feel extremely fortunate to have Mariposa for my cats.

I love the way my pets are treated at Mariposa. I ve worked in veterinary offices for several years in the past and that helps me know what a good practice looks like. This truly is a great place that provides quality care. Thank you!

It s always a very easy appointment when visiting Mariposa. The front desk staff is always attentive, polite, and explains the checkout process in detail. I have never experienced a slow and painful appointment. The staff makes an effort to get you and your furball into an exam room very shortly after arrival! Very happy on each visit!

So happy with our first visit, wish it could have been a little longer. A lot to take in in an hour

Everyone was helpful, friendly and motivated. They all portray people who love animals. They also are considerate regarding others. They let me keep the cats in the exam room while I paid so the possibility of dogs in the waiting room wouldn t cause a disturbance for anyone, cats or dogs or people.

Overall great! Very satisfied. Office hours are a little difficult for someone who works an 8-5 job. Thanks so much for everything you all do!!
