Everything was great, and it was so wonderful to be able to come in with my pet for the visit. Very, very helpful, and so good to see you all again.

The only issue was. I told the tech. To tell the doctor not to let or talk to my dog. This did not happen. Perhaps next time you should tell the doctor myself?

I can’t comment on some of these. The pandemic system is 5 star. I didn’t see the inside. My dog didn’t need an exam (just shots).

Everything was great as always but the communication of the science behind different tests was above and beyond great this visit.

If appropriate pre-screening covid questions done, temperature checked, and mask wearing mandated, please consider allowing one adult to accompany the pet for the appointment (especially for a new pet/patient!).

As always, over more than forty years of care, we received kind, supportive care from both doctor and staff. This didn t surprise us, but we are always grateful for it.

Everyone is amazing and I always feel like my cats get a lot of care and attention and more so than other vets in the area. I truly get personalized service and go away feeling happy and or satisfied. The staff go out of their way to help and I love it here.

I did not meet or visit the office in person. But the staff was very helpful I assisting my husband with our 2 cats Sami and Tobi. And U was very pleased with the update of good care and health and the price was very reasonable if I may say so. I will recommend my friends and family happily.

Survey is a bit outdated as owners cannot come into the office/exam rooms due to Covid, which I understand.

We are so thankful for Dr. Kaufman and her compassion for older pets (and their owners).

I put N/A for examination of pet and cleanliness of facility because i was unable to enter and actually observe these. It would be nice to implement safety protocols that allow for parents to be allowed in the examination room with the patient.

I have not had a new puppy in many years so I am very appreciative of the care for my pup and the compassion and guidance I was provided as well. I felt I was provided family-centered care and I am thankful for that.
