Very caring, friendly staff.

A separate, more private entrance, for customers coming in for euthanasia would be greatly appreciated. This entrance could take customers straight to the exam room where the procedure is to be performed, and the customer could be checked in and out in this area as well. Rather than entering into the main lobby while actively grieving, with a dying/terminally ill pet, making an already difficult situation even more difficult. This would provide customers with a more compassionate and private experience. These type of visits should be provided privacy and streamlined simplicity. I had to enter the main lobby with tears in my eyes as I carried my beloved dying pet in my arms, asked check-in questions that I had to answer through choked back sobs of grief and pain, then had to exit into that same environment, stand at the desk with tears streaming down my face as I paid for services, while other customers watched my son and I in a very raw and private time. The staff were all absolutely great and so very kind in the situation, but I feel it was equally as hard and awkward for them. A separate more private entrance with private check-in/out would not only be beneficial to customers, but staff as well. I love your facility, Dr. Voshage and staff. This is the only thing I have seen that could use improvement. Thank you all so very much for all that you do!

We have used Sikeston Animal Clinic for several years now and have always been pleased with the care and treatment of our dogs. The staff has always been helpful whenever we’ve had questions or concerns. Thank you Dr. Williams for repairing Bella’s leg!

We love this staff, we love Dr Williams. We moved from Arizona and we had an amazing vet and staff there, and feel very fortunate to have found this clinic, they make everything easy and they re so fun to be around. I recommend them to anyone who asks me!
