Office staff exceptionally friendly

I think they always do a good job and I try to tell them I appreciate them!

It was an emergency appt and the cost was explained over the phone. It ended up being less and I appreciate the worse case price that was given. Max was seen quickly. I was impressed that Dr. Christina remembered me from Monday at the Dexter location when she saw one of my other German shepherds. Everyone was great with Max and made an unpleasant visit for staples a great experience well as great as it could be with an injured dog. I appreciate everything that was done and the professional and friendly manner in which it was handled.

The only criticism I have is that we had to wait @ 45 minutes

I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams and his staff to take care of their pet. He took his time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything.

Dr Williams and staff are all great. We drove a couple of hours just to take our two dogs there. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Schere was kind and understanding when I brought my corgi Banjo in because he had ripped a nail off on his kennel. She took care of him professionally removing the nail and giving him pain meds. He was as good as new in 2 days.
