I don’t quite understand why you would not have Saturdays with the Covid problem as it is it cuts back on the bottom line if you’re not seeing patients. It takes more time to run out and explain what is being done or has been done to your animal if you cut back one or two appointment times per day it would give your staff that extra time to run back-and-forth to the car and still get patient seen and money made. I’m no expert you do what’s best for your staff and company.

I completely understand, during this time, the need for clients to wait outside, but it s very difficult and confusing when some vets are allowing people to come in with their pets and some are not. I would be happy to wear a mask and sanitize, but feel it is more helpful when you can accompany a pet who is frightened. Not easy to hand over my pets to strangers. This is the second time in 5 months I ve had to do so. It s a good thing that I was already established with this vet and familiar with the doctor seeing my fur baby.

You did a great job with my 15 year old dog. He was really sick when I brought him in and you gave him a shot and IV and he started feeling better right away. The next day he was almost as good as new. Thank you!
