I was able to have my very ill senior dog seen just hours after I called. My regular Vet had no available openings and this was urgent. Being triple digit heat the staff brought out water for him, very thoughtful. He was seen quickly, diagnosed, given a subQ fluid to help with the dehydration, two injections to help with the nausea and pain. I can not THANK you for seeing Jake on such short notice. He had been there once before for a foxtail as once again he was unable to be seen by our usual Vet. COVID has made life hectic for all businesses but social distancing and masks were followed. The entire staff is pleasant, professional and caring. Five stars all the way!

I want to say that I actually enjoyed the curbside service. It was less nerve racking for me actually because I didn t have to take my dog inside and wait and hope he behaves himself if another dog came in. I told my husband that I wished you had this service when my kids were little. It would have been so much easier than having to try to handle a dog and 2 small kids. If it isn t a huge inconvenience for your staff it may be something to consider keeping for some visits, like annual exams and vaccinations.

Yes all was great. I’m nervous to have Katie Spayed. She’s so little and after reading the bottom of the page saying it could have a potential of very bad things , really made me nervous. I’ve had other dogs spay but never with that warning. Please reassure me. Thank you, Vicki Conlee

I have been going to Placerville Vet for 50 years and would never go anywhere else.

Couldn’t answer a couple of the questions since due to Covid 19, I couldn’t go into the facility. However I have always been treated well at this facility and by all staff.

Amazing service and care for my dog. My vet told me to call when they were closing early. You made an at that day and we’re caring and compassionate! I will not be going back to the other veterinarian.

This was our first visit and although we were unable to enter the building, the staff were very friendly and took good care of our dog. The visit was done quickly which was nice considering we were waiting in the car for the appointment.
