We love all the staff at Wickiup Animal Hospital. Blu is apprehensive of new people and doc B spent extra time with him making him feel comfortable with her, she may be young but don’t underestimate her in any way she knows what she’s doing! Vet tech Sarah is always amazing and once again was her bubbly adorable above and beyond self! Darla at the front is amazing, with her don’t judge a book by its cover! Love our conversations! I didn t expect a detailed explanation of the fees associated with the bill. I am not new to veterinary billings and when my fur baby is ailing and needs to be seen and taken care of, I expect the bill to be fair and honest. The Dr. took the time to research and provide me a written flyer on my pets condition, what causes it and what the treatments should be. I was very satisfied with the first time in to see Dr. Bohard. Her clinic is much more conveniently located than where I had been taking my pets. She was just as thorough and caring as our previous Dr. and we will remain patients there.

I love the way the considered your dog feelings about things. My DOD hates to have her feet off the floor so they say on the floor with her to do the examination. That was a 1st and much appreciated.

This was my first (emergency ) visit and now the only place I will take my dog. They explained everything professionally and I have great confidence in them. But most of all my best friend is 100% and that is what is important to me.

The entire staff is compassionate, friendly and professional. One of my Shepherds is very protective and hard to handle yet the staff handles it beautifully, taking a lot of guilt and stress off myself and my girl. Dr. Bohard s care has given my dogs a greater quality of life. For that I am grateful beyond words.

Service and pricing were excellent. The only thing I see a problem with is the puppy scale is not calibrated. It is off by almost 2 pounds and that could mean puppies are not receiving enough meds.
