this was an emergency situation even though it cost more for extra hours care we do appreciate Tinkerbelle getting immediate care so she did not have to suffer

Was given a very large estimate for teeth cleaning. I made appt for a month out and was given an even larger estimate. Total cost was half of the smaller end of the estimates. Very confusing.

Chromie may have been close to his annual shots time frame but this was not brought up or reviewed. If this is the case it would have been nice to have this taken care of at this time. Please let us know if this is the case. Thank You

I feel that with the added pressures of social distancing the staff at Wickiup Animal Hospital do an excellent job in getting my animals in to be seen and back out to me. Thank you!

Due to Covid, not able to go inside. Looking forward to meeting Dr.Bohard and office staff in person. Everyone was very pleasant over the phone and when they came to get our girls and return them to us.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Did not go into facility because of Covid. Vet called me and explained pets diagnosis. I’m very pleased to have our first visit go so well. Excellent service and super helpful!

I think more follow up after appointments is always a good thing. Has been over a week and not one of your staff has checked on grizz. I came from a practice That follow re guard less of the appointment was always a high priority. Maybe in the future!!

I love the ladies at wickiup Animal Hospital. Dr.Bohard and her staff are wonderful caring and compassionate people. I never feel rushed and you can tell they go above and beyond to help me and my animals receive the care they deserve. being a multiple animal owner I pretty much have ongoing Veterinary Care needs for most my fur babies, and I m confident in Dr. Bohards knowledge and abilities and if we never run into a problem that is something that she s not 100% sure of she has no problem conferring with other veterinarians / specialist so we all could be on the same page oh how to move forward in providing the best-case scenario care for my loves.

whoever handled our dog will not do it again. She has never been aggresive toward anyone. For some reason this person wanted to grab the dog with the leash and it apparently scared Trinity. We will not let her handle our dog again

I am sure it was clean but due to Covid I was not allowed to go inside, it was very sad for me to sit & wait in the car. I do understand but still very sad for me :(

Staff and Dr Lindsey were very nice and professional! Our dog Wishes has found a home!

During this time with the COVID-19 virus, we did not have an interaction with the doctor and I will just assume the office is clean. It was excellent last time when we were able to go in.

The doctor and staff took excellent care of my sick newborn pup, and Megan was nice enough to to transport to a facility for over night care. I highly recommend using their services.
