Really appreciate the follow up phone calls. I received one on Saturday afternoon, which was so helpful and alleviated much anxiety. Dr. Jeffrey made a call back to answer some of my concerns. I thank him for that.

I waited in the exam room for over 20 minutes for the doctor! It s very hard to occupy my cat for that long. The wait should be no longer than ten minutes.

I am so happy I took my dog to Village Park Animal Hospital. I had the same vet for 25 years until he retired, and the past several years I have been to several different vets, and none compared to the caring and treatment my dogs always had with my vet. I have found it here. I brought my dog because she was sick, and thanks to the wonderful vet, Dr. Jeffrey, who I saw, and his taking an xray and getting some answers and suggested treatment, she is already better in just a couple of days. My dogs will be coming here from now on. Thank you!
