Thanks again for being open and available on Saturday-and the 24th-it was the only time we could schedule an exam to make sure our newly adopted stray was healthy & okay before introducting her to our original girl. I m sure that staff would have liked to get going home and there was a lot going on in the office/building, but they were very courteous and patient with all of my questions. I appreciate the time very much.

It is always a pleasure to bring my Alley and Nanook in, whether it be for vet services, boarding or grooming. They love Jerel and he does a fantastic job on them! They race to get in that door to see the staff! Alley always greets Dr Heffrey with a kiss! It s a comfort to know they are loved and well cared for when they are at VPAH!

If this is regarding grooming with Carla Johnson please advise I give top star rating in each catagory. This speaks for her very devoted assistsnt Jerel they are top notch. My pet spends more time then I assume any other little Havanese named the Maestro he has a weekly photo after his beauty days he s loved and well cared for @ village park. we love grooming and we love the staff downstairs! We are Non anonymous The Maestro wants to be known and get the word out we have the best grooming experience the best staff ever. We are lucky.

I was able to get an appointment at the last minute and was very happy and relieved that Village Veterinary was so accommodating. I live out of town and this was my first visit to Village Park Animal Hospital. I was so impressed by their facility. It was large, clean, state of the art, the staff was friendly and professional. They were very busy but Dr. Carlson took her time examining my dog, explaining what may be causing his symptoms, and alternatives for treatment. She was wonderful! I highly recommend Village Park Animal Hospital.

We were so impressed with the facility, the interaction with the staff (with us and amongst themselves), the ease of the whole appointment from checking in to payment. We really liked the approach and mentality of Dr. Jeffrey as to his treatment plan.

Dr. Jeffrey communicates the issues very thoroughly, let s us know what to expect, when he will call with the test results, etc. Our dog had a bad day today, Dec 8th. I called your office to advise all the vomiting today and Dr. Jeffrey called tonight to update us on the blood test results and offered help with the vomiting. Great service!

Dr. Carlson was highly experienced providing excellent advice, care and most likely saved my animals life.

I cannot seem to click on the stars properly. We had a great appointment. We did spend way more time there than I had planned and waited a bit longer than our scheduled time. Clean and well run practice that offers a myriad of services.

We came on an emergency basis...they took dog in back & immediately started working on him. Very pleased & our dog is getting better every day.

Great experience. Dr. Wallace was kind and explained everything in detail. He hoped for the best outcome and was happy when he was able to give me good news. I love having these folks on our team when we are in our second home and bring the pups!

They took very good care of our fur baby. She was sick and they fit her in without a prior appt. We really appreciate the care they gave her.

Everyone at your hospital was understanding and friendly. Mike made her look beautiful...We ran into only one problem... Her cocktail had her acting like a zombie for a day and a half.(until...I think it was Becky... who, when we frantically brought her back to the hospital...kindly hydrated her. It brought her back to life...eating and drinking. Hopefully, the next time... Dr. Jeffrey can mix a slightly lighter one...and still prepare her to nap while being groomed! We were very pleased with how our daughter s dog was taken care of and thank goodness you were there for Cookie after 6:00 pm. Thank you ever soooo much for removing the cactus needles from her face and paws.

You came recommended by 2 friends. I arrived at the wrong time for my last appointment but instead of turning me away your staff fit me in. And I asked to be present with my dog during her laser treatment to keep her calm and the technician was completely agreeable and set up in an exam room so I could be there. I couldn t be happier with your service.
