I was thoroughly impressed by this visit and the care that was provided. I called because I have two cats but discovered I only had one carrier at my home! The staff offered for me to come pick one up to borrow- I was blown away by this! The doctor was phenomenal and took the time to explain everything and even cleaned one of my cat s ears for me! The tech, Tara I believe, was so sweet with my scared cat and gave him a lot of love. the facility is clean and gorgeous. I didn t feel like the doctor tried to upsell me or tack on unnecessary charges. I can t thank you guys enough. Thanks for everything and all you do for our fur babies.

Dr Wallace was just great with Augie. He sat down on the floor so Augie could check him out and give him a kiss - albeit not as enthusiastic as the kiss the assistant received ;0). The exam was thorough as always and Dr. W was attentive and answered all my questions. Visiting VPAH is always a very pleasant experience for both my pup and I!!!

We had lab work done Thursday and I called on Friday to get results and Dr. Bradshaw was off so I asked that another Vet would contact me and let me know the results but no one called.

You send reminders for a bi-annual checkup. That s every 2 years. What I think you mean is semi-annual, 6 months. Please change the reminders, if I am correct. Thank you.

I am very impressed with the facility. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Jeffrey took time to get to know my dogs before he began to examine them. That really calmed them. I hope we have a long relationship.

I can’t thank Dr. Jeffrey enough. He did a great service cleaning by Teddy’s teeth...and removing a number of teeth from my 13 yo dog. I also want to thank Michele, his oral surgery assistant, in carefully and kindly going over the surgery details and the post-op care details with me. You guys are the best Vets I’ve ever dealt with! ??
