Dr Carlson is a fabulous vet, professional, efficient, thorough, empathic and extremely effective; and my Great Danes adore her. She s been my veterinarian ever since i moved to the Coachella valley and i recommend her highly.

Dr. Smith was terrific as was his technician. We were very happy with our overall experience.

I had to wait in the waiting room for almost a half of hour for the Dr. to appear. It was very stressful for my cat. I u derstand that emergencies arise, but leaving me and my cat in the waiting room is not a good situation. Id prefer to wait in the lobby with my cat until the doctor was really available.

You need to increase the number of stars....I would give it a 100 Starting at answering the phone when we call, to the moment you enter the clinic, and the Drs.....unbelievably caring people all around...….God bless you all

I really don t like bringing my pets to this vet. I feel like I am always being rushed out the door. Even the assistant to the dr talked so fast that I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Every single time I am there I place zero trust in the dr, and I have had multiple experiences with two different dr s. As soon as I can find a different vet office, I will be transferring. The way your office nickle and dimes patients, and then tries to rush you out the door is ridiculous. Every time I come here it just makes me angry on so many levels. I hope to find an office that I can trust who has my dog s best interests at heart, because it s not Village Park.

Sufficient time was spent at my appointment with Dr. Smith and I really like him as a veterinarian but I received terrible follow up from Village Park and was not contacted with the test results. I had to call over and over again over the course of several days to get my results and to speak with a veterinarian. I was initially given the wrong results by someone who could not even understand what the labs meant. By the time I was able to speak with a vet about everything, Village park no longer had my dog s urine sample and had not run the agreed upon bacterial culture. I will not be returning as it seems that staff in the office have terrible communication with one another and I fear the disorganization is likely causing serious and costly mistakes.

Needed a slower pace in explaining the meds to me. Was not sure then and not quite sure now how to poke the syringe into the tiny bottle top. Want I am doing is squeezing some on my finger and putting it in her mouth. Primitive to say the least.??

Amazingly kind and helpful hospital. Front desk staff are incredible - Kay and Wendy both went out of their way to help us with an emergency situation and we weren’t even previous customers. Both Dr. Bradshaw and Dr. Jeffrey were thorough and professional taking their time with our pup as though they had no other patients that day. Thank you so much. We have a forever vet now.

I have been reluctant to take my dogs there, due in part to an incident involving a rude employee. Now I have even more reservations of coming back to your facility due to the inappropriate scheduling of a sick dog. The Urgent Care is now getting a bulk of my business.

There were two pet emergencies that arrived while I waited. I found the staff to be very upfront, curious, considerate , and attentive. I just waited patiently for my turn. You have hired a wonderful team! Thank you for your care.

I had such a wonderful experience bringing Echo into the vet. She is a very nervous puppy and I knew she had had a bad experience at the vet before we adopted her. The staff and vet were so extremely patient and gentle with her. What an awesome experience! Thanks to everyone!
