Please get chairs for the lobby that are senior friendly.. chairs look great, but are very difficult to get in/out of with bad knees and/or back...

Not sure about this survey, somewhat confusing. I want to give all questions FIVE STARS MEANING THE BEST! I have several cats and need to find a NEW VET based on the fact that my last Vet misdiagnosed one of them. However, you offer NO DISCOUNTS and I can t afford your prices. I also know a Rescue that deals with SPECIAL NEEDS ONLY CATS and she is looking for a Vet as well. Currently she has to drive to Riverside, but, you don t offer Rescue Discounts. I really loved and appreciated YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF!! They were very KIND and CARING.

Dr. Jeffrey was kind, caring, thorough, and compassionate. He took time with my dog and did not rush through any part of the exam, diagnosis, or explanation. Best veterinary practice I have ever been to with the 11 years with my dog.

First. To the girls in the office, I apologize for the displeasure I express every time I see the charge or estimate for the Venipuncture/Medical Waste.I understand you are only doing your job. It s not you. Ever.I appreciate your professionalism. Thank you. I m never happy to see the charge for Venipuncture/Medical Waste when billed for it or seeing it on an estimate. I do understand why you itemize it and need an accounting of actual costs. But I do not believe this cost can be substantiated in all cases. I worked in the dental field for years and we had a lot of sharps & hazardous waste disposal. The providers of hazardous waste service almost always charge by the pound . Not per item. I find the charge exorbitant. I m sure there are probably instances where it can be...surgeries specifically. Blood samples. No.

First time here and every one a very friendly. Will be back for more dog care.

Dr Jeffery was very knowledgeable and and explained everything so that we understood it regarding our California desert tortoises. All the staff that we had any interaction with was very kind & helpful.

There are many good veterinary options in the Coachella Valley, but for me Village Park Animal Hospital and Dr. Kathy Carlson is the very best choice you can make. Dr. Carlson and her entire staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, sensitive and attentive to the needs of your pet. I have been a client of Dr. Carlson since 1994. We recently moved to the desert, and Dr. Carlson was highly recommended by our vet in Santa Barbara. Upon meeting Dr. Carlson, we were so thrilled, as we found her to be everything we had hoped for .......a knowledgeable, kind, caring, and passionate fur baby doctor. We will definitely be seeing her frequently, as we have 10 furbabies that we love and will only settle for THE BEST!!!!

I was very satisfied with the whole procedure, the vet was so caring and concise about explaining everything He called early the next day and gave results of the tests, the staff were quick to help at the desk and the vet assistant was very caring and pleasant! It was a good experience for a difficult visit knowing the end result was not going to be good!
