All was great but look forward to in-person connections again!

I trust the staff at Family Veterinary Hospital. During these trying times I know they are working hard to take care of their many clients. (I m spoiled - they have been able to see my cats quite quickly.) I like their system of picking up my pets in the parking lot as it minimizes contact for everyone. I have always been more than satisfied with the cleanliness of their facilities, though this time I didn t go into their office.

We waited about 30 minutes, but that s no big deal. I know you guys are busy and we are so appreciative to have you as a resource. The tech who helped us WAS so friendly and sweet, the puppy I m fostering literally cried when we drove away from her!

Not the first time that I tried - could not get appointment until July. However got in quickly on 2nd time.

The staff and Dr. Kevin were very very nice and friendly. Wait time was long but you were very busy and these are unusual times. What I brought my dog and cat in for were answered completely and good explanation was given. Good experience for me and my animals. Thank You,

Before Covid restrictions the office was always clean. This appointment was during Covid restrictions so we were not allowed inside.

Dr. Kevin, Dr. Liz, and their staff provide excellent care to our dogs and their service is second to none. We are so thankful to have them as our veterinary team!

Fantastic service. Very caring. Worked out fine to drop off outside. Our Max barely wanted to come home, he loved the tech girl so much. Great experience!

With the times we are in my only request works have been to have another option for paying my bill. I did not like how the tech had to take my credit card into the building to run the card.

Even though I could not enter the bldg, I was very impressed with my first-visit experience and know I have chosen the perfect veterinary care for Desi. The staff and Dr. Kevin were thorough, pleasant and extremely patient with my list of questions. The email follow-up report of the visit was a very pleasant surprise and extremely helpful for future reference.
