Really missed going into the appointment with the dog. Hard to relay questions to someone other than the doctor and then hoping they told the doctor everything. When the doctor came out to talk to me, not everything I mentioned was addressed.

My appointment to get my cat shaved was cancelled and I never got a phone call about setting up another appointment. So truly, this survey just doesn’t apply to my day yesterday with a cat in the car.

I was very satisfied with the level of care we received. Everything was well done and your people were friendly, prompt. Informative and professional. I will be returning for the further care of my kitten family.

The current process is a bit chaotic. In the last 2 days we have come by twice and it took a while to have someone come out and help.

We love Family Vet, but since the new Covid procedures, I have found complications in having messages forwarded to the vets through the front office staff, and messages from the vets explained properly to me from the front office staff. Let me explain. After one of my dogs had a positive fecal for hookworms and another parasite, the staff member told me she could not pronounce the other parasite, so I still have no idea what my dog had. I did not receive a call from anyone about treatment and care for my dog other than giving the worming medicine, which, since I worked at a vet hospital years ago, I knew how to administer. Once again, I think Family Vet is great, but I thought you should know.

We really appreciated all of the follow-up to check on Moony after the procedure!

Getting very little information and second hand at that, from the veterinarian is hardly what I have been paying for. I know these are exceptional times, but I don t feel I m getting the value I once did. It s all on the techs.

Miss being with shaynie while she was seen by Liz and having her bloodwork and x rays - I certainly understand why but it is weird not having that direct interaction - I think under the circumstances- the virus and major changes in staff - family vets is doing the best they can for our animals and us - it’s all going to take a whole lot of time

I know it’s difficult during this time, but I feel prices for an exam have really gone up. Also I was offered no explanation for the needle aspiration charge which was also quite high. There’s a question about the cleanliness of the office but we’re not allowed inside so this is n/a.
