Friendly, fast, and helpful- as always!

Staff is always friendly, helpful and very caring to my dogs. Dr Paxton is also always very friendly and knowledgeable. He listens, answers questions and offers suggestions when asked or when appropriate. The groomers are great too, they know what they re doing and do a great job. I trust the health and safety of my dogs to this team whether it s for food, grooming, health visits, or boarding. All around a great experience with Greystone!

I took my dog for a second opinion. They squeezed her In between appointments, due to the severe pain caused by her bone cancer. I am very appreciative of them for doing so & help, during this difficult time.

Thought it was a bit expensive. I did get RX for Zeke and checkup so can’t compare regular office visit charges

I really appreciated the doctor agreeing to see my pet as a “walk in” and while my vet was out for the day. I really liked how Dr. Paxton took his time with me, explaining about my pet’s condition and offering to show me the condition on my pet, Shadow. I really appreciated the fact he wanted to educate me so that I could better understand my pet’s illness.

We are very happy with Dr. Paxton, the Techs, and staff. Everyone is great and friendly to us and our pups. We have complete confidence in Dr. Paxton.

We had just moved to Bowling Green from out of state and I felt like it might have been helpful to meet the doctor and speak for a minute or two, share some information. Instead, I felt bombarded by the receptionist and assistant about questions about vaccinations, etc. My dog was there because he had a problem and I feel like it would have made a better impression to say hello and take a moment to get to know us. I don’t know whether to return or not. It was a strange visit.

Everyone is so friendly and passionate about the well being of your fur babies. I am always greeted with a smile. They treat my dog with so much love. I highly recommend Greystone Pet Hospital if you are looking for someone to care about your fur babies as much as you do!

I love Dr. Price!!!!! I couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable physician and staff. The only suggestion I have is to be more comparable in prices as other clinics in BG.

I wouldn’t take my pets any where else! Every doctor there is very knowledgeable and catches most things, diseases and what not that others in Bowling Green wouldn’t. The staff there is the nicest and comfortable staff out of all Bowling Green vet staff, they go out of their way to please each and everyone of there clients! If not, they do everything possible to make anything and everything right! I would give them 25 stars if possible!

Today s appointment was what I had been hoping for- for a while now. Dr. Paxton evaluated Bailey and discovered all of his ailments... I had been trying to get treatment for his neuro issues for a while now with no resolve. So I am thankful, even thought it took seeing a different veterinarian, that my dog s issues are finally being addressed.
