I appreciate the time and attention paid to my girl during this pandemic and the staff did an amazing job managing curb side service!

The outside person was great - and she did a lot of work moving heavy pet crates in and out of buliding - she should get a raise!

Doctor Stephenson was great. She was very helpful and eased me of any concerns I had about my dog.

I think with the covid-19 going on. There should be away we should be able to text when we arrive in case someone that really has an emergency can call in. Other than I love this pet clinic. Valentine and Cash sure does thank them too!!! Love the Beam family

I only gave three stars on the wait time. My cat s appointment was at 3:00 and the lady didn t come to the car to get her until 3:30. She strongly dislikes being in the carrier in the car so she was meowing and very unhappy during this wait time.

With the timing of the appointment requiring curbside service, I didn’t see a receptionist, or inside the building therefore I marked one star. We have used this pet hospital for over 20 years I believe, so we are very happy with the staff and doctors and have told many to use this facility

This was a very stress free visit considering covid 19 protcals. Great work!

Our dog wasn’t there for an exam. He needed to have bloodwork and a couple of vaccinations, given by a technician. Because of the pandemic, we didn’t take him inside but it has always been very clean.

Everything thing was great.

Following the general wellness check up, I would have liked a summary or details of my pet’s status/any recommendations. But overall, great service!

Doing the drive up for the COVID19 awareness was a wonderful option. As a worried dog parent your services being available on May 7th were amazing! I really appreciate all of your work and your staff to help my rescue dog and I get his heart-worm prevention , nails, and other treatment.

Dr. Paxton and the entire staff were great, as always. In this era of curb service, he discussed with me at length over the phone the results of his exam and treatment options. I hope that things get back to normal soon because I’d like to board King the cat for a couple of weeks near the end of June.
