I couldn’t be more great full for how fast they were able to get my sally in she had a really bad reaction to a bee sting which caused a huge lump to emerge I was very emotional and they were very nice and comforting! They handled my poor baby with such care and had her feeling 100% better in less than 3 hrs! Thank you all so very much!!!

Very safely done, considering the COVID-19 restrictions. Had to wait a while when picking up, but there were multiple cars there at the same time.

Greystone is like a home away from home. The staff are charming. The Doctors are simply the best. I’ve been taking my fur kids to Greystone for more than 20 years.

We are very grateful that Greystone was open and able to see our cat urgently during this Coronavirus pandemic. I would like to suggest the staff coming out to pick up the animals from vehicles start wearing masks and use gloves because they are taking credit cards/payment. Again, thank you!

Great experience with amazing benefit to us as we deal with the effects of aging with our dog.

Love the appointment reminders, friendly and accommodating about getting shot records from other vet. My other groomers just required an updated rabies shot so was unaware of the other things needed and it s ok, I completely understand just unexpected. Maybe just giving new clients a heads up would be nice but great service!!! Definitely coming back!
