Both Dr. Frank and Dr. Tinio are so great as well as the techs and receptionists we talk to. Usually is Randy and he is really easy to talk to and accommodates when he can. Great service all around.

Appt was during the covid-19 pandemic so we had no contact w reception area. But everything was wonderful. Greeted us at the car. Appropriate distance was observed. Dr communicated w us by phone. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Vet impressed

Even though I couldn’t go inside due to the current circumstances in the country- I felt very comfortable with the Dr.Frank and the technicians- Dr. Frank was very informative over the phone taking me step by step through the examinations of both my dogs while I waited in the car - I was very pleased how this went Thank you Cori

I did have to wait about 10 minutes outside in my car as I was told with the China virus and I didn’t get the leash thing they use because it’s usually done at a normal appointment again the China virus. Other than the crazy times right now, the appointment was available, the doctor was thorough and frank about Star’s status right now and I like his holistic approach. A little inconvenience is worth Star’s treatment and new medication has already cleared her eyes.
