We are always so happy with Cedar Way Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Frank does a great job of explaining things to us and taking care of our pet’s needs.

I brought Biscuit, our goldendoodle puppy in to the clinic, and the people here were very warm and friendly. We were using another vet in the area, but the doctor there was anything but friendly, and caused us to leave. We are SO HAPPY we found Cedar Way!

And the time we were in Covid it right now it was a not good not to be able to be on Dukes first visit to the doctor unfortunately the lack of interaction between the doctor and the owner of the dog was missing and it’s not your fault but it’s Covid

Very expensive. Need to go over charges and explain what each charge is for

The lady on the phone asking what truck I drove and what color was very rude! I told her what she wanted and explained I was the ONLY truck in the parking lot...she continued being rude insisting I tell her what kind of truck I had... if I didn’t love the VET and the care my dogs receive I would have left and never came back

Great visit. The health and safety of all is being considered by not allowing people into the clinic. The vet stayed on the phone with me and answered all my questions and explained in detail how to take care of the issue at home. I trust them to take the best care of all my animals when we are there. My pup came out happy!

because of Covid-19 did not go in offices - but it has always been very clean in the past

Because of COVID-19, we had to wait in the car until they picked up our puppy for his examination. But the whole process was actually smooth, quick, and thorough.

All the staff has always been terrific with my dogs. I appreciate Dr. T talking time with my new puppy and explaining everything to me via the “virtual” visit for pet owners.
