Thank you to Dr Frank for sending me to Premier. They were fantastic. Hoyt ended up having 2 obstructions and needed to spend 2 overnights and 3 days in the hospital.

Prices seem high. My visit was about $300 for a couple of shots,ear plucking, and exam. Oh, and a heartworm test.

Exam room could use a good scrubbing. I’m not sure the exam table was cleaned before I got there. Vet did not introduce herself. Would be nice to know who I was conversing with. Other than that everything was great.

I never feel like I m in a vet office when I m there! Always order free and super clean. The staff upfront was ok, not super friendly and did not greet me when I came in

I’m so happy we switched to this vet! Our old vet was not as friendly and would rather pump our dog full of pills versus treating homeopathically first, which has worked great.
