Everyone at the clinic is very kind and professional. Their genuine love of animals is obvious. I feel my dog is safe and well cared for. Your concern is very reassuring. I will give your clinic the highest possible recommendation to all I know.

I have complete confidence and trust in Dr. Frank and his staff, which is why I travel 30 minutes each way to have Cedar Way care for my pets. My 10-lb Shih Tzu recently had a tumor removed, and healed beautifully. I couldn’t ask for any better than that.

I love bring penny in but your prices are a little high especially for a senior to pay upfront but I know she is well taken care of when I bring her in.

The tech that went over the paper work for surgery was almost coming off rude and was very short tempered. My dog sniffed her and she seemed agitated. She the only one I ve met there that doesn t seem to enjoy her job

The one thing that I would change would be to have your staff wear name tags. Also, it would be nice if staff would introduce themselves. I had to ask what their names were.

The vet wanted to do an xray on my dogs leg. When I said I didn t want to do it, she never came back in. They took my dog out of the room to give her the shots. I was given medicine for my dogs leg but never saw the vet again for her to tell me what to expect from the medicine.

I was very satisfied with Charlie s senior exam. Dr. Frank did a great job of explaining everything and was very thorough. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Dr Frank was very considerate and spent much time explaining my concerns.

I ve been a customer for the past 12 years and have nothing but good to say about Cedar Way Vet Clinic. The staff is fantastic. Always caring about my pets and their well being. Keep doing what you re doing.

Every one at Cedar Way is always courteous and gives excellent service. I only wish I had brought my older dogs to Dr. Frank when my friend Louise Stroz told me about him.

I have been to several veterinary clinics over the years and by far Cedar Way has been the best overall. From the receptionists to the techs and of course the veterinarians. Everyone is always friendly and will answer all the questions I may have. The veterinarians go above and beyond to be extra caring and personable. I am glad my dogs are in the care of the staff at Cedar Way!

I brought in our family cat to be put to sleep and cremated. The staff was incredibly sensitive to my loss from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I cannot say enough kind words about how my pet and I were treated!!! Thank you!!!!
