I will save you much research in letting you know Dr.Thomas is the real deal. She is caring and has been in the business long enough to know we love our fur kids without exception. She always makes me feel that my kids are as important to her as they are to me. I can’t express how important that is to me. I have to also mention that Christy has the best attitude. I know they are very busy but when I call I get the sweetest greeting from her. Thank you Brock Animal!!!????????

I am always apprehensive about completing surveys for fear that it might worsen the experience. As always, in the case of Doc Brock , I would NOT change a thing. Understandably, it s not always easy to get to see him, but his knowledge and professionalism are well-worth waiting for.

Appreciate that my dog was seen within minutes of the appointment time, that he was treated well, received good care, and was not afraid of the vet tech who took him in and returned him to me. Dr. Brock s call was informative and showed he has great compassion toward animals. Prices of services is very reasonable.

Dr. Brock and his staff are always wonderful. We have been taking our pets to him for a number of years and will continue to take them there until there is a reason we can not. They are so caring and the vets are wonderful and have saved our Tasha on at least 1 occasion. We love Dr. Brocks Animal Hospital!!

This is such an unique time for all of us but I guess I was pleased with the visit Chloe and I had with your staff. ALL of the staff members have gone above and beyond at every interaction point I have had with them including when I was shopping for vets. I was grateful that Dr. Brock spoke with me over the phone about Chloe s health but wish I would have been able to wear a mask and he wear a mask to speak even 6 feet apart. I guess I especially would have appreciated this due to hearing that Chloe needs surgery. Its very heartbreaking to hear that information much less from someone you have never met. Denise

I like the curbside approach and hope it can be made permanent. Pet can stay with owner until Doctor is ready and doesn t have to stress further, waiting among other pets. All good about this last visit.

Dr Brock has taken much time to reach out and answer all my questions which has made been harder due to curbside service only and no in person communication. I found the staff to be just as friendly and caring. The fees are fair and I will be establishing my other kitty here as well.

Love Dr. Brock and his staff. Been a customer for over 30 years. A visit is unusual today with Covid 19, however, the professionalism hasn t changed. Can t imagine going anywhere else.
