I would love if there was a recap email send of the visit. Example: for our dog he is having dental problems. I would love if there was a recap of what we talked about and what I can do to help him. Sometimes it s hard to remember or I forget to ask questions during the appointment :). Overall great experience.

We drive an hour to see Dr Canapa because she is that great with our dog. He is nervous and she has an incredibly calming energy which makes a big difference in his behavior.

This office has meant the world to me and my family especially during the very tough times. So grateful for the resources!

Dr. Canippa and your veterinary staff continue to provide the best veterinary care I’ve experienced. The doctor took the time to explain and process my dogs diagnosis with me and was incredibly patient and compassionate in her care. The staff are always friendly and welcoming for me and my dog. I don’t trust any other provider like I do the providers and staff at this facility. I feel safe, comforted, and believe my dog is getting the best care possible here.

Everybody from reception, to the vet tech and meeting the two veterinarians was a positive experience. My cats recent diagnosis of diabetes was explained thoroughly along with the next steps of treating her condition.

Excellent survice! I m very pleased! I felt very confident that my puppy was being well taken care of.
