I was surprised to see the exams took place outside of the room, wasn t sure if it was a Covid thing but I ve never had an exam appointment outside of the room. Also, we were told we would be provided estimates for dental cleanings for 2 of our pets. We didn t get them when we expected, told them on the follow up call but then still only ended up receiving the estimate for one pet. All in all the experience was good, maybe just a little more improvement on follow up with items to be sent out.
