Dr. Canepa and her MA did a very good job explaining what was going on with Holly. She also told me how to take care of her. The stars don t always work above.

I felt the charges for the visit were somewhat excessive for what was accomplished at the visit.

I was surprised to see the exams took place outside of the room, wasn t sure if it was a Covid thing but I ve never had an exam appointment outside of the room. Also, we were told we would be provided estimates for dental cleanings for 2 of our pets. We didn t get them when we expected, told them on the follow up call but then still only ended up receiving the estimate for one pet. All in all the experience was good, maybe just a little more improvement on follow up with items to be sent out.

It was quite expensive for a broken toe nail. I could have looked elsewhere for service, but I felt it was urgent and I appreciate the caring staff at Legacy. However, in the future I will have to think twice about getting my pet the care they need.
