Excellent staff. The lady who described storms day was very friendly and animated.i loved that y all sent us a picture when she woke up from surgery! Huge relief! We will definitely be coming back with our other fur babies!

Very pleasant visit

Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication with the bathing of our dogs, but it was resolved. Our concern is that the rates for Barfield Animal Hospital (in all areas) are extravagant. We have used your facility for years for all our pets and watched the rates climb increasing fast. We love the staff and doctors but feel if you have more than one pet, there should be some break with the fees. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

I recently moved from Knoxville where I had a vet for my three pets that I loved. I was nervous about finding a new vet for them, but barfield has exceeded my expectations for a vet! They are so friendly and helpful! They made me feel comfortable about leaving my dog for boarding and they were great with my cat for his visit! I’m happy I’ve found Barfield for my pets!

We love Dr. Honey, but have experienced a bit of upsale (not from him though). We want to get our puppy spayed, but the prices are about $150 more than the other hospitals in the area.

My family and my pets have always been treated well. That s why we keep coming back.

The above survey was already completed with five stars on each item. Found that interesting. My only comment of constructive feedback is that for my dogs well visit she had already had a rabies vaccine that was to last over another year. She was given another one. I’m hoping it’s not harmful. But thought it was an oversight to replicate this and charge. Otherwise our visit was fantastic and I felt like the Vet truly took interest in my dog and was very caring. Thank you.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my baby dog, Dezi. Dr. Honey is a honey and s wonderful caring vet and the staff is beyond compare. Each and everyone there is kind and caring and excellent in their respective places of employment.

I think the cost is on the expensive side

Fast, nice service every time!

I was not able to mark the questions above but every time that I have brought Delilah to see Dr. Honey. My only concern is the amounts charged as I am a 74 year old senior on social security so my money is often short. However, I have credit cards so I can pay a little at a time.
