Great staff, GREAT Facilities, Great Vet..he got to the point and offered much-needed information for continued care.

We came to Barfield Animal Hospital with a very difficult, highly anxious dog. Dr. Honey didn’t see us for a half hour after our appointment was scheduled. The entire appointment time was an hour and a half by the time we were finished. Near the end, two vet techs had to hold our dog down and a towel placed over her head so that her nails could be clipped. I have never seen her so agitated. It was traumatizing for us both. I don’t feel there is any reason to have kept this dog there for so long. It only made a tough situation worse.

I enjoy every visit! The girls always treat my fur babies wonderfully. The doctors are absolutely fabulous! I can always count on you guys to help in any situation.

Dr. Barker and Dr. Bailey were phenomenal. Dr. Bailey did the initial exam and after continued consideration and thorough review of Sassy s lab results, she concluded that a change in treatment from the initial plan would be best. The change resulted in a much lesser aggressive treatment and follow-up. When we returned to the Barfield office, Dr. Barker was on staff and he was fully aware of all the test results, diagnosis and change in plan. It was obvious that he and Dr. Bailey had consulted and agreed on providing our pet with the best interim treatment--at the lower cost of the two options. Barb and I--and Sassy--say Thank you!

We had to have our dog euthinized less than 24 hours after surgery because his lung collapsed and was showing signs of bloat, his WBC dropped to almost nothing and had an infection. Emergency vet said he couldnt survive it because he was already in poor health.

Never any problems. Staff is always wonderful and caring . Doctors listen to what the problem is and do a through examinations to find the what may be wrong. Explains everything going on to me. Thank you

Great office Very helpful with a big dog that’s more than a handful! Especially trimming her nails , Doctor Honey and everyone I met was Great !

My dogs love boarding at BAH. They always come home looking good, happy, and well cared for. They do everything according to the instructions I give them. I m very satisfied.

Some of the techs could be friendlier, less snobby.

I was a bit appalled when I came in. Your receptionist (who was not Yvonne who is usually there) looked as if she had just rolled out of bed and was shoveling a bacon sandwich in her mouth and talking to me while she was eating. At one point with her mouth full. Your floors were soaked from the rain and another customer suggested a mop or towel. The staff just stared at her and someone came out with a wet floor sign. The customer said that s not going to help. So again, blank stares and someone came out with a mop eventually. My dog was given a shot in the lobby and piddled on the floor right before. I let the staff know and they just walked to the back after giving her the shot not even cleaning up the pee on the floor. I ve been coming here for years, and usually don t say anything bad on surveys but after this visit, I am not even sure I will come back.

Groomer was great but receptionist was unfriendly.

We have used your grooming services twice before and have been satisfied. This time however we were quite UNSATISFID! I will be the first to admit one of my dogs is difficult so I understand the need for him to be sedated that being said I would expect his cut to be top notch. It was NOT nor was my other dogs cut done very well. Both dogs looked sloppy and very unevenly cut. We were NOT satisfied or happy with the quality of their cuts at all

Dr. Honey and his assistant did a fantastic job with Blake! Blake HATES to have anything done with his ears! This was the first time that Blake didn’t cry and really fight them! Thank you! Dr. Honey!!

We were worked in as a new patient just before closing time the day before Thanksgiving. We appreciate it so much. Our pet is well on her way to healing thanks to BAH and Dr. Honey and we were able to enjoy the holiday without being so worried about her. Thank you so much.

Dr. Honey was wonderful with Ace and all of the staff were so nice to us and patient with Ace. Best experience we have ever had with our furbaby who is 4 years old. We are thankful we found this clinic.

It would seem there should be more than 1 check-in person so that multiple customers could be helped at the same time. The check-in procedure was a little slow but all in all, a good visit.

I found the seating in the waiting room and exam room to be very uncomfortable. A person with any type of lower back problems is better off standing to wait to be seen or waiting for test results for their pets. I get why you have the type of seating, cleaning ease etc. But client comfort should also be considered.

I absolutely loved his veterinary hospital. My dogs are so well cared for and I trust leaving them in your hands.
