Staff if very friendly and good with my pets. More clarity in billing would be great. When being offered services in the exam I would appreciate a quick would you like me to look up the cost of that before anything is administered as costs can add up fast. When asked staff is friendly and looks it up but would be good if they offered. It would also be great to be handed a print off or be able to see a screen of the charges when checking out prior to inserting my credit card.

I was there to possibly euthanize my dog. I felt that I was talked out of it when I knew in my heart it was the time to do it. She is unable to eat and barely drinks and now I feel I have to wait until my follow up appt. this Friday to accomplish this. If I had been asked do you want to do this today, I would have said yes.

Doctors, Staff, Treatments, and Staff are all wonderful at GHAH! But, its pretty expensive to own & care for a pet - have heard others who use other services indicate they are cheaper, do not know that myself.

this does not work well with an Apple. It kept clicking over to level 5, when I was trying to hit level 4. Some sort of glitch. Not valid for Apple users.
