Actually a regular patient at another clinic which was not open. Issue was not emergency in nature but I was assisted and my dog was seen immediately and info was very forth coming. Thank you so much for taking my concerns into consideration immediately!

I think your Vets are wonderful, very thorough and do a good job explaining. The two we ve seen have both been very friendly. The reception staff always seem annoyed and bothered by my arrival and check out. I don t know if I ve done something to offend them or if their attitudes have nothing to do with me. I also feel the prices are very steep, I understand the quality of vets comes with a price but we ve been looking other places because of the high cost.

The entire staff was very friendly and loved my puppy. They offered good advice on my concerns with crate training and with feeding.

Dr. Schlegel and the staff did an excellent job getting a very quick diagnosis on Cali, getting her started on a recovery and keeping me updated as quickly as possible. It was VERY much appreciated!!! :-)

Prices continue to seem on the high ends for this area. Vet tech and vet were thorough and friendly. Receptionist was less friendly and welcoming.

We had to wait 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before we were able to be seen.

only complaint I have is that I was questioned about my cat not being seen there for 2 years by the receptionist who answered my call about bringing my cat over from the Emergency hospital. Felt like I was going to be denied treatment for my cat because it has been 2 years since he was seen there. This was an emergency situation for my cat. I have been a client there for over 30 years and have never been questioned about being a client and how long it has been since my cats have been seen there.

Tucker loves it there. I have never had a dog who likes to go to the vet. Thank you for all your care, it s a relief when something goes wrong. We know she is in great hands!

So upsetting to feel scolded by the assistant regarding certain preventatives, procedures, treatments, vaccines that we have not done. It was not recommended but rather insulting and demeaning. I avoid the office for this very reason. I appreciate suggestions, but one after another, what felt like scolding, is upsetting. I left, feeling like I was accused of not loving my pet and giving inadequate care/attention. The Dr. s have all been great, informative and pleasant.

Dr. Slagel and her staff are very friendly, professional, and compassionate. We recently learned that one of my cats is very ill, and Dr. Slagel provided comprehensive testing and referral to the University of Illinois Veterinary Clinic. On her day off, she went out of her way to provide the referral and then followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the services provided. We are very happy with the care that Germantown Hills Animal Hospital Hospital provides to our pets.
