They are so wonderful!! They 100% catered to my dogs needs. She is very anxious and they let me stay in the room with her for all of her pre-op prep, which made it less stressful for her because was with her the entire time.

Dr strauch is a very compassionate listener! Respectful of your feelings and always has time for questions! We moved to TX in Oct of 81! He has been our vet since then , Hope he never retires !!

I came in without an appt and prior to opening time, but they let me in a little early because my dog was bit and was difficult to stop the bleeding. Not only did they take amazing care of my dog (who is healing nicely), they also took amazing care of me (as I was a bit frantic with the circumstance and had blood on myself and my clothing). Love this staff and would always recommend this practice. They always exceed my expectations!!

Your new doctor, Dr. Carnes, was extremely patient with me on my concerns and questions regarding April. She called me on 3-29-19 to ask how my precious pet was doing. That was extremely thoughtful of her knowing that there was someone who cared. Dr. Carnes has a marvelous understanding of my love of April. Thank you so much for the call back.

We had to change our dog s checkup and Parvo vaccination appointment due to an emergency. They got her right in plus faxed the updated information to the kennel. We love Animal Medical Highland Village.
