The reception staff is the best: friendly, knowledgeable, personal, caring. They always greet the pet as well as the people. Kim, Sandy, Christina, and Janet are especially outstanding.It means a lot to see the same faces thru the years. Dr. Schoelkopf is everything a vet should be! ! We have been bringing our dogs here for l3 years, and will continue to do so for consistent outstanding care.

I have already recommended your services to my friends. I felt special when I arrived for the first time with an emergency with my sweet Roscoe. Dr. McCullough went above and beyond the call of duty to help and the post-visit follow-up was much more than I expected! All of the staff are very friendly and compassionate. I plan to move all three of my fur babies to the Animal Medical Center of Highland Village. Thank you for the special care!

We just got our dogs and have visited a few vets offices and haven t found one that fit. This was our first visit and I am so pleased with our choice! The staff went above and beyond for my dog who could barely walk. I will certainly continue bringing my pets to Animal Med. Center of Highland Village!

We have been taking our 15 year old golden to Animal Medical Center for the past 10 years and we have always received exceptional service. This past Saturday we took our golden in to determine if it was that dreaded time to put him down. Dr Shraub was extraordinarily kind and empathetic. He clearly loves dogs and his customer s dogs as much as his own. Our golden could not even stand up. He provided an injection and Rx and is doing everything possible to extend our golden s life. He also assured us that our dog is not in considerable pain which was very relieving. We are very appreciative of all of his efforts and especially for his genuine concern about our Sammy.
