Every time I have been there for an appointment I have been treated well. The one time that my daughter filled in for me, I feel she was taken advantage of. I mentioned it on my visit this past Saturday and was assured the office Mgr would call me. Since it is a holiday weekend, I haven t heard from her. I hope she calls next week

My experience is always a great one! I appreciate the all the staff members. They are friendly to myself and my two cats. They listen to all my questions and give me excellent advise.

I’ve been going to this office for well over thirty years. My old cat Houdini was 19 when we put him down, and his replacement,Joey just turned 20 and is still going strong. I don’t take my pets any where else! Except my large animals go to the large animal vet. I love these docs!! Having been a vet tech in another life, I know when the vets oractice good medicine. I always refer friends here!

I came in at the end of the day. . ..I m sure that you had a lot of customers, but my dog and I picked up a lot of hair from other animals. I love my rumba, may you could let one run during lunch?

Receptionist that greeted me was very friendly and helpful as was the girl checking me out but there seemed to be some confusion with both. I had already filled out the new patient form and had my records for all pets sent over ahead of my first visit but was still asked for the form and was questioned when I checked out and tried to use the new patient coupon. All issues were resolved but could have been avoided. Really loved the vet!

Met Dr Carnes for first time and really thought she knew her stuff— decisive and friendly and very happy to answer all my questions— great addition to your clinic

Everything was great and we recently referred you to our daughter and husband who have a new rescue dog. Lauren & John Winchester and their dog Daisy.

The staff is always helpful when I call with a concern about my fur baby. I am not sure what I would do if I could not depend on this fine staff to give good medical care to my KaCi.
