Fantastic customer service as usual and got a nice surprise when I received a text with a picture of my girl saying it all went well and she was tired and would be ready to be picked up in the afternoon. You guys ROCK!

Dr. Strauch was amazing! I have never had a more positive experience at the vet. He genuinely cares about your pets and gives you his undivided attention throughout your appointment.

Outstanding experience.

Usually see Dr. Strauch and never had issues with timeliness. Saw Dr. Schoelkopf this time and waited over an hour to be seen. Waiting room had only one other person there waiting the whole time. Only after a recent sign in got called back before I did that I point out to the staff wondering if they forgot that I was here waiting. I understand if the doc was doing a procedure or had an emergency, but nothing was communicated to me why she was late. Will stick with Dr. Strauch.

The whole staff was awesome as usual!
