I stopped by without an appointment with 3 bulldogs for a nail trim. It was close to a holiday so there were limited staff on hand to trim nails. I waited an hour. I wasn t unhappy about it, but it was a long time and wish the nail trims were less expensive.

I was surprised the nail clipping for my dogs doubled in price. last time I was here it was a additive value at $8. This time, the tech only clipped the front paws of my dogs and charged me $16 each. I can do better at petco.

The staff was wonderful! I was concerned with some aging and health issues of my dog and did not feel like I was getting great information from my long time vet. I left feeling like I had great info to make decisions on Sasha s care. A weight off of my shoulders!

Dr. Strauch has treated my animals for over 12 years and has done a great job keeping them healthy. However, the Vet Techs are another story. I realize that they have a limited knowledge but it s very hard to take them seriously when they have blue hair!! I think a professional appearance and demeanor would serve the practice well.

My appointment was at 8:00 am. While i was greeted promptly and ushered into an examination room, I was subjected to a 20 minute wait before the Dr. entered the room. That simply demonstrates a lack of respect for my time.

I really appreciate both the doctor and the vet tech treating my Pepper as if she were their pet. They are always so patient, kind and sweet to her and that means a lot! Her eye is doing much better now. Thank you! P.S. I always recommend y all when giving the opportunity. :-)

We were not contacted in a timely manner after Darcy’s surgery. I tried repeatedly to call but due to a “staff meeting “ no one answered. Darcy was fine, but we were left wondering. By the time I got an answer we were both anxious and annoyed. This is not your normal level of service. Priorities need to be re-evaluated.
