Great visit as always. However.... Before leaving the visit I asked the young lady up front to send over the proof of Vaccination to Pet Paradise of Gainesville as Maggie will be boarded in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, Pet Paradise did not receive any updated paper work. I will follow up tomorrow during my lunch break.

I asked for a fecal sample to be taken while he was sedated the doctor just forgot or something. She answered oh good idea then left the room. I keep having to come back and pay another exam fee because first exam was rushed. Misdiagnosis or failure to catch what s going on quickly is frustrating. I have been considering going to UF from now on because it ends up being cheaper. Costly mistakes and newer doctors as well as constant turn over on front desk faces feels very scattered. I am very upset about how my moms cat halo was dragged out with tons of foods and various meds sold for a cat who needed to be put down. Halo had saddle thrombosis. No special food or arthritis med can fix that. I ve been pretty unhappy since Dr. Coverdill left.

It was difficult making the appointment because the site was having problems. At first I was going to get billed for the vaccines when all my animals are on the forever shots. I like the service but when I used to do vet work we dealt with most animals hard to handle with handling and restraint. We did not anesthetize them unless they were wild. I would like to be able to work with the vet when my animals become difficult because I can and it costs a lot to have them gassed. Besides that I am happy with the service.

Recently all the work is done in the back office as opposed to in the room with me present. While it might be easier for the vet, I miss the interaction and communication of seeing the Vet with my cat. General checkup and shots, etc. Being told my cat needs dental work as opposed to being shown just isn t the same. Still a happy client, just saying what I think.

Each of your Staff that I have met and talked with are professional, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. If they do not know an answer to a question that I ask, they let me know they are checking with the Dr. for the answer. My dog Rose, and I, very such confidence in your Newberry office!
