Did not schedule follow up appointment. Had to call back

It was wonderful, great, really nice people and 100% great with my dog. I couldn t have picked a better place to take him. I love the fact that the staff calls the next day to check on my dog after he got his shots. Over all I was very pleased on how my experience and the patience and love they had for my dog also. If I had to pick a place all over again for my dog.I most definitely 100% would pick them again.

Love the staff. My service dog she is excited coming there even pushing me out of the car. She gives the techs a hard time sometimes giving her a pedicure but enjoys her pampering later with two cheeseburgers.

Very friendly staff, I appreciate that the vet didn’t push for extra things she didn’t think were necessary, and that they take the time to call and check in with me on how my pet is doing after the visit

We have always been very satisfied with the care our pets have received at LVMC and the service we have experienced.

The service was good but on the receipt I never received a Diagnosis on what I paid over $350 for. I was told it would be e-mailed to me I have not received it as of yet. That is the only problem I have. I have meds. for my pet but no explanation why I have it still on my receipt. When I come for his shorts the receipt is precise. But I need to know in writing on receipt the problem about my pet I am paying. Thanks

Our two dogs are well taken care of with the staff.

Our pet needed medical attention quickly and you provided that. The providers were professional and took their time with my cat. The staff was also nice. The overall visit was very good. I thank you for taking care of my pet.

They were running short staffed the day I went in me and Buddy both waited for 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time but they were kind and curious and did the best they could

They explained the all the procedures being done to my furbaby. They also showed me the problem area,so I can understand why he needed the medicines prescribed. TY.

I was going to take him to tractor supply but decided it would be better to take him to the vet. I’m so glad I went with my instincts. The ladies were really nice and helpful from check in until check out. Thank you again

My Duke is super special to my family and they were so good with him and were very good at keeping him calm, so much so that even after 5 shots and microchip as well as cutting his nails, He could not wait to go BACK in the back again. Thank you each and everyone that had a hand in his care! We will be back and I will tell everyone I know, yall rock!

Upon entering the building there wasn t a greeting. Stood there and the receptionist really didn t acknowledge me either. Continued to to look at laptop

The dewormer you used on Virginia is not good, she never stopped having worms.

I had an urgent care walk in for two cats and was prepared for a wait. The whole visit took about 2 hours. For a non emergency walk in I was expecting to be there a lot longer. The dr and all the staff were great. Everyone was very friendly, explained everything and of course great with my kittens. I even received a call the next day to check on my little guys. Although I usually go to the other Liberty vet I will not hesitate to come back here when I need to.

Your vet used to be my vet but I had to change vets because your is so expensive. It minimum 200.00 e everytime I come in with my babies. This was an emergency visit. I ask for the cost for all of Pippy s shots and was told 250.00 but I spent 215.00 for this visit. I used to bring my other dog and the bills are the reason I had to find another vet.

It was a smooth and pleasant experience for me. Really appreciate explaining everything thoroughly on what he needed and why and the breakdown of the billing. Would recommend to others!
