I am highly impressed with the entire staff! My regular vet was unable to make emergency visit accommodations for my fur baby. After my experience I will be switching all veterinary care to here! Thank you for all you do!

As always, the staff at Liberty was amazing when it comes to the care of our babies. Everyone is always helpful, and our kiddos enjoy seeing each and every member of the Liberty family. I can always discuss any of the kids, even if they don t have an appointment at the time. We love going there, almost as much as our babies love getting attention from the staff.

Tried to make an appointment with Shelby on 10/16, was told there was no appointments until 10/26. Went in on 10/16 to pick up Trifexis and Shelby was on phone with another client and told them they could come in that day.

the only reason i had to rate three stars is because the two women at the front desk watched as i tried to carry my dog and babies car seat inside while holding the door and they just starred, no offer to help not even hold the door. Left to go get shot records, came back and same thing they just starred. Covid or not being a decent helpful person isn’t hard. After that everything was amazing , and everyone was amazing

During a customer visit CHECK OUT. Is not the time to TRAIN an employee learning Debt & Credit Card processing. It was embarrassing to have others think I didnt or couldnt pay my bill due. When I have lots of money on Both accounts. Now I have to wait to be REFUNDED by my Mastercard. Because 1 out of 5 times processing was approved..... Thank You...

Very helpful and courteous staff. Doctor explained the issue my pet was having. Medicine after two days is showing a positive effect, but I am still waiting on any side effects. Doctor did not mention any side effects that I should be looking for. I forgot to ask. The wait was 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor although prescreening was done immediately. I did receive a phone call the next day to see how everything was going which is very nice and helpful. The price for the visit is high but lower, not the lowest, than other veterinarian clinics in the area. I do enjoy and have faith in Liberty Veterinary Medical Center.

My Dani girl was in pain and very sick and her normal vet couldn’t see her. When I called liberty they were able to get her in right away and took great care of her. They were very attentive and friendly. Makes me want to switch to liberty as her primary vet clinic!:) I would recommend liberty to everyone around here!
