I absolutely love you guys you awesome! Every time I call to set up appointments or need anything the girls at the front desk are kind Pleasant genuine and nice... I ve sent you three or four different patients along the way my mom also brings her dog to you guys now as well and Doctor OSHETSKI is my favorite she is awesome and I m extremely happy with the way she treats my animals and takes care of them and her eperience and expertise she s extremely talented doctor and front desk lady Emily is my favorite desk lady sweetest kindest person I think I ve ever met in my life and honestly if the people at the front desk would be rude or not nice I would stop coming it s extremely important to me the way I m treated when I call it s extremely important to me the way this people speak to me on the phone and they value me and I appreciate that and if the people were rude I would not come here anymore so front desk girls are very very important. And Doctor OSHTSKU is the only doctor that I will see ! Thank you guys for being so awesome

Dr. Dimon was very informative and took time to explain everything to me. The only thing I wished would have been different, is the front desk informing me that they are not allowing the owners to come in with the pets. As a new patient, that would have been helpful information. But other than that, my experience was great. The staff was extremely nice and Dr. Dimon was great!

They went above and beyond helping my Annie with her very uncommon medical issue & continues to strive to find answers in helping her & us ! I can’t thank them enough for there hard work ??

My dog’s birthdate was not put into the system correctly. It was notated in the records I provided, but this date was not used. They defaulted to one year prior to the visit. Why, when her correct birthdate was provided..? I paid for a nail trim but upon inspection, her nails were not trimmed. The new patient form could have been emailed to me and I could have completed it and emailed it back prior to visit so I did not need to handle the clipboard and pen. Staff was very friendly. I appreciate the COVID precautions taken and use of face masks. Wait time could improve. I was there for a total of 1.75 hours.

I was disappointed that I did not get to meet or speak with the Doctor. This was my first visit to your office. I don t know if there were any problems or what the results of the exam were. I don t even know what the doctor checked for. Since I was not able to come in to the office I am assuming My cat was examined and given her necessary vaccinations. The girl who took my cat and brought her back to me was friendly.

I wanted to be inside with my cat not waiting outside in the parking lot. When the vet was finished with my cat, I still had to wait 20 minutes for my cat to be brought outside to me. I had many things to do on Wednesday and waiting additional time for my cat to be brought to me was not convenient.

This was my first visit ever and will continue on coming back. Everyone was so personable and caring towards my dogs Cheecho s needs they very very informative and made a follow up call for my doggie. We cant thank you guys enough for everything that was done to save our dogs life! God bless y all and were looking forward to continue on coming back.

The meds prescibed to my pet didn t work for her....threw up several times ,lost of appettite...lethargic response to commands

I received an apt time the day before the appt. I arrived well over 30 mins before my appointment. Two other customers arrived after , after speaking with one of the customers I was informed; there was no set time for their appointment. I was overlooked and ignored by staff. The two customers that arrived after me was waited on before me. when I called to ask why I was asked if I called. I called no one answered and my voice was on the voicemail. I guess no one checked the voicemail. I was asked about a form I did not receive. I waited over an hour after my appt. and was not waited on until I initiated contact. I was not there to apply for a job, I called, I don t know what was going on but this pet center left a bad impression on me. I let them take my dog and hoped he was treated well. I think I received a 2016 rabies tag instead of 2020. very dis-satisfied. I will go back because the prices suite me. I think an in-service on customer service is warranted.

Even during these hard - COVID-19 - times, Liberty Veterinary Medical Center maintained a safe distance policy and eagerly took care of my pets. I highly recommend this place for all of your veterinary needs!

The option to bring in my pet for curbside care during the pandemic was a huge relief. They have eliminated the worry for going into a contaminated area for me as a customer and for themselves. I was not told to call in upon arrival, and that led to the long wait time. As soon as I called in, they were able to promptly come out and get my dog and we’re very friendly. The treatment plan was discussed prior while I was on the phone and I was able to order a prescription and be updated on the bill. The appointment was quick and the vet was able to go over the results of the physical examination as well as any concerns or treatment plans. I am so happy I chose this center and I will continue to choose them for the care of all of my animals.
