Although I have only been once, I found the staff to be spectacular. They were friendly and god bless them my kitty Bubba turned into a little demon while getting shots and blood work done and they still had a smile on their face and were very attentive to him...I give them all the credit in the world for being so patient with an angry animal.

Staff is always very friendly and professional. Even though I was only there for blood work, the vet came out and checked my dog s heart rate and teeth while in the lobby.

I appreciated the way you explained everything to me when I found out tammi had heartworm. I was in shock & everyone was so calming & reassuring! I also appreciated the email that explained everything we had to do and the cost of everything & it was broken up into each step. It really gave me the reassurance she’s going to be well taken care of!

i so appreciate the staff at ORVH! you are all very attentive to the humans (LOL!) and our kids/pets! it is always so seamless during my visit and appointment making! thank you all! Pre loves to come in and sit on the scale until she gets lots of treats. Both my girls love the staff and get very excited as we pull in the parking lot!

The hours are a problem for me because I don t get out of work until 200, and we are very short staffed so I try to make my appointments after work. But I have to do what I have to do for my dog.
