It was difficult to schedule an appointment via online appointment scheduler. Not sure if the system was down at the time. Improving this feature would be helpful for when I am not able to call during open hours.

We arrive on time but then wait 20 to 30 mins in the exam room. It is understandable that delays happen but this is consistent. Perhaps a phone call advising of the delay ahead of time might be considered. This reduces the animal stress created by the waiting.
