Dr. Kirby always treats me and especially my blue heeler Bis with respect and love. We moved to NH from CO two years ago and we were so upset to leave our vet in CO but she has made the transition so much easier. We feel like family here!

We switched vets because making an appointment at our previous one was difficult and we felt like they did not listen to us or our concerns during our visits. Oyster river got us an appointment very quickly, were very communicative and flexible based on us and our dogs needs. They made us feel heard and like a team to make sure our dog got the best care. We are very happy we switched.

This was our first visit to Oyster River and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the doctors we outstanding with our pup. We look forward to our next visit :)

I am concerned about Nikta s prognosis. There doesn t seem to be a clear understanding of her illness. She continues to cough until she gags and vomits. That has decreased but still exhausting for her. If she is not better by Friday I will bring her back or consider a second opinion.

Covid precautions keep me from being with my cat inside the exam room, and I know she is more frightened when I am not there. When we got home, she did her happy dance all over the house. Tail up. I was pleased to have the doc speak to me in the cold outside after Chloe was returned to the car. Hope this ends sometime this year.
