On behalf of my self and Danny boy we can t thank you enough for everything. He is not a dog he s me best friend and I wouldn t trust his healthcare to anyone else. I know a lot of people would say that you all are just doing your jobs and you have to be friendly as for me I don t believe that. I can tell that you all are genuine animal lovers. And as for my buddy he is a excellent judge carictor. When I tell him where we are going he couldn t be happier. Again much thanks to the whole staff. Chistopher.

It was great. I do want to come in someday though! Albert is two years old and he has always come in alone. My father-in-law is a vet and he has allowed folks in for months. I understand the pandemic concerns, etc, believe me (I work at UNH). Fingers crossed!

during visit my wife mentioned that our dog has been scratching excessively and seemed to have some sort of allergy or irritation and was told he isn t here for that . Nice. Thanks. Can we pay for another office visit and come back for that ?

I would like to suggest that you allow people who are masked to bring their own pet into the building. My dog got loose in the parking lot which abuts Route 125 and it was extremely scary. I will be bringing my dog in for drop off and I think you should offer that as an option because of the unsafe nature and location.

The procedure for meeting with staff in the parking lot and only our dog going inside works very well! Even without COVID this might be preferable for us due to pet allergies that have been a problem in the past. Thank you!

Time to let us back in with our pets if vaccinated...

The OK rating on #3 was because of the covid restrictions on parents not able to interact with Vet during examination. It was a conversation in the parking lot. I hope ORV can find a way to align with CDC / state guidance on this and lift restriction on at least vaccinated parents. Takes nothing away from excellent professional care provided our pet.
