I wish your fees were more competitive

Oyster River takes loving care of our dogs and are very helpful. We travel almost 2 hours to see them since we moved and it is worth it! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone.

Fit us in at the end of the day and my dog was evaluated and treated in a timely fashion.

My office visit was for my two cats Daisy & Nellie. The appointments were 8 and 8:30. We were seen immediately and I am very satisfied with the staff and treatment of my animals, however, I think charging for two separate office visits is a little expensive. Especially since I was back home before 9:00 am and that was with a stop at Dunkin Donuts where I had to wait in line. Charging 1/2 the cost for the 2nd office visit would be appreciated.

If that was the Dr. that brought my dog back at to me, I think you should explain the difference between a MALE and FEMALE . Kept saying girl , girl instead of male, no problem.

I didn t like being the one to hold my dog for the few things done in the exam room. The vet tech and doctor did not come in together. And then most of the procedures were performed in the back while I sat alone in the exam room. It was much different than what I am used to and I thought it was strange. Maybe it was because staff was on vacation? My neighbor s dog was treated in the exam room, so maybe that will be my experience the next time.
